Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges (Unused Products)

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase if the item is 

Unused and installed.

In Original packaging 

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved returns will be issued as 

Store credits or 

Exchange for another products

Bike Bunker does not provide cash refund for change of mind purchases.

 

Installed Components 

Once a component has been installed on a bicycle, it is considered used and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Our Crew always does their best to help customers select the correct parts before installation

 

Special Orders

Items that are special ordered or custom requested (specific colors, rare components, wheel builds etc) are non-refundable and non exchangeable.

 Bicycles 

All complete bicycle sales are final once the bicycle has been collected from the store.

Warranty Issues

Products with manufacturing defects will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Bike Bunker and the crew will assist customers in submitting warranty claims whenever possible.

 

Non -Returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Installed parts 

Tubes, sealant, tires once mounted

Wear items ( chains, brake pads, etc) once used

Clearance or sale items

Special Orders.

 

Right to Reuse

Bike Bunker reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
